Born and raised in a suburb of Minneapolis, MN, Annie Flood knew from a young age that she was destined to transform spaces. Her career in the home and design industry began at an iconic retailer located on Chicago’s State Street, where she fell in love with collections featuring the extraordinary craftsmanship of French artisans who had put painstaking attention into every hand-stitched leather detail. Annie later moved on to work in luxury furniture showrooms in Minnesota and Dallas, continuing to develop her eye for distinctive pieces, beautiful interiors, and the unexpected details that make a space feel personal.

Annie’s desire to invest in real estate and turn diamond-in-the-rough spaces into inviting homes led her to make the journey to Southwest Florida, which she has now called home for several years.
